You see this?
This is my goal. My family is going on vacation in December and this is the weight I want to lose before then. Twelve pounds…that’s it. For those of you wondering if this is a realistic goal, here are my stats:

Now, according to the BMI calculator that I used, 24 is considered "normal" but it would be better if I was around 21-22. So I would have to say that I don’t think getting down to 127 is an unrealistic goal and it is on the high end of what is normal for my height and frame. Now, I haven’t taken my measurements which is a much better indicator of fitness than weight (in my opinion) so I’ll do that tomorrow. I don’t want to be rail thin, I just want to get back into shape and so starting tomorrow I’m going to try walking or jogging every day Don’t worry, this is still a knitting blog, but I’m hoping that I will have the occasional post dedicated to my weight loss goal
